Our nationally certified fitness trainers can provide you with a customized fitness program and continuous guidance to achieve better health and fitness.

Custom Nutrition Plans

Phase 1 Weight-Loss: (only $10 per week) The 12 week weight-loss plan includes:
A daily journal
Custom menu
Weekly weigh-in appointments
Updated menu plans

Phase 2 Weight management: Once you've achieved your goal weight you'll want to maintain it.
The weight management plan holds you accountable by scheduling weekly weight and journal check-ups.

Fitness Training

Group Fitness: For those who like exercising in a group setting. Fitness camps will challenge you to continually improve with the help and support of an instructor and other exercisers.

Sports Training: Improve your game with sport-specific training under the supervision of a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
