Our Cardio equipment features personal TV screens and I-pod connections on all treadmills, elliptical trainers and bikes.
We provide clean and private shower and bathroom facilities and 24 hour surveillance and security.
Wireless key-card access allows 24 hour access 365 days a year.

Circuit training area
We have a full circuit of the latest machines from Precor that make strength training efficient and effective.
Cardio section
Our cardio equipment features the latest treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and adaptive motion trainers - the hottest new cardio machine in the fitness industry! Each unit is equipped with a 15" personal LCD TV and a I-pod connection.
Free-weight area
the 1200 square foot free weight area is equipped with enough equipment for even the most advanced weight-trainers. Our E-Z grip urethane plates make changing weights simple for all users. A large flat-screen TV allows you to watch sports, news, weather or whatever event you just cant miss.
Shower/ Changing rooms
Need to get back to the office? Privately shower and change in one of our clean shower/changing rooms.
